Yes… That is mostly a non-issue for FitBuzzers. But if you ‘think’ it is, then…

– Keep going… It can take up to 9-12 months for uber results to show. The usual 

reason is due to a high body fat %.

– Go and see some people you haven’t seen in a while. They’ll tell you if you’ve 

changed. And you know their opinion will be the truth.

– Go back to your video series page and stick to the plan we set. It never fails… 

As long as you do it daily.

Fundamentals of butt growth (+ teeny tiny waist =)

> Keep going heavy… Gradually increasing the weight…

> Kill those heavy carbs 3-4 hours before you sleep (Prevents a build up of 

unwanted fat).

> Do one of the following exercises daily… A squat variation, hip extension 

variation, abduction variation.

> Wear waist revealing clothes as well as bright colors (If you want your butt to 

be noticeable).

Can I workout daily since these are split routines?

Yup… You can. However, you may find that a challenge once you get on the

Venus/Aphrodite Butt Building workouts… Especially once you get into the heavier


At which point, you may want to stick to a Mon > Weds > Fri workout week.

I can do all things ‘S-curve’ at home?

Yup… The usual equipment =

– Resistance bands

– Ankle weights x 4

– Iron barbell and for dumbbells (You buy them once and you’ll never need to buy

them again. You’ve seen the early @fitbuzz vids? That equipment was from 1998)

Am I burning fat first then building muscle?

Well… What’s happening, is that you’re…

> Reducing a build up of unwanted fat

> Burning fat via weight training (Which also burns less muscle)

> Effectively feeding muscle (S-curve meal structure)

So… Kinda… @ answer to your question. It’s what gets done though. And what gets

done, works! @ science.

Finally… The main thing you need to know about the S-curve Challenge, is that you

are being trained and fed, exactly the same way as if you hired for this in person.

So talk of ‘will this work for me’ is irrelevant. The job gets done!
