3 Tailored daily exercises daily (Shred)


> Jump squats
> Leg lifts


> Bicycles till failure


> Push up burpee pull up

The video explains all. But you’ll be doing 3 exercises everyday for the entire month.


Your nutrition plan

– Half ‘starchy’ carb tapered dinners
– Drop calories by 200 daily (Approx one meal less everyday)
