Well, because Greek mythology rocks!

So all the more reason to celebrate Greek mythology.

So yes, it’s time to look like a living Zeus :)

But let’s get down to business.

What IS the Zeus workout?

In short…

Structured high frequency gym workouts that will kick your ass for 28 days, 4 times a week.


The end goal…. To shred with lean mass, yet still maintain the bulk (The male version of the S-Curve).
