The ONLY Supplements You Need

Hi FitBuzzers

Now, I did mention that I would send this email to you in the

past 2 emails. And I also said ‘The ONLY supplements you

need (Kinda)’.

You see, there are a ton of supplements out there that you

probably won’t need. I know that many FitBuzzers (You) are

aware of this, because of the strong interest in the meal plans

program. However, due to the renewed interest in supplements

from FitBuzzers in the past week, I thought it would be a good

idea to cover the ‘essential’ supplements that you should take.

So without further ado…

Friendly Bacteria (Probiotics)

There is very little talk about this in the mass fitness world. But

if you regularly suffer from bloating, gas, constipation, allergies

or a s****y stomach, then it’s time to start putting some probiotics

into your system.

Now, there are a few hundred types of these bacteria that already

exist in your colon which help with…

– The digestion of undigested food

– ‘Controlling’ of bacteria

– Creating vitamin B, K

Now, these bacteria can be found in the natural Fit Buzz food that

you eat via kefir (Milk drink), yogurt, miso, kombucha and


But just like the example I gave about the hose and tap (From the

supplements ebook), it’s sometimes best to go direct and consume

these bacteria in supplement form (The tap/quick digestion). Now,

I won’t go into a full review here, but the main thing to look for is a

supplement that contains many strains of bacteria. Especially the

following three.

  • Streptococcus faecium
  • Lactobacillus acidophilus
  • Bifidobacterium bifidum

So if you’ve been having stomach problems or have been lacking

a varied diet, then this is one type of supplement to add to your

‘essential’ arsenal.

Hemp seeds (Protein)

I labeled it as a supplement because it comes in seed form.

This was one of the super foods that I mentioned in the super foods

for fat loss video. But instead of repeating the video here, I’ll just list

the benefits.

– A very complete protein source (Higher than most containing all

21 amino acids)

– Strong in arginine and histidine (A lack of this during childhood is

why you maybe short :O)

– 35 grams of protein per 100 grams

– Strong in EFA’s

There are other great things to mention about hemp. But I’ll leave that

for another email, case study or program upgrade.

If you decide to buy hemp in powder form, make sure it reads (50% or

more protein extracted from hempseeds).

Fish oil

This is fully covered in the supplement guide ebook. But I’ll list the key

benefits to justify it’s inclusion as ‘essential’.

– It balances our intake of omega 3 and 6 (You usually can’t get a strong

balance from natural foods alone)

– A boost to ALL systems (Immune, nervous and cardiovascular).

– Gives you brain power

– Gives your cells brain power

– Can prevent some cancers

Both hemp and fish oil are great for adding to smoothies and post

workout shakes, as I’ve done so in the meal plans).


I’ve described this in full before. But glutamine is basically the king of the

21 amino acids. Now you can of course obtain it from great food sources

such as raw cabbage juice. But as with the hose/tap example, it’s

sometimes best to digest it directly in supplement form.

Again, another great supplement to add to a post workout shake due to

it’s muscle repairing and immune system boosting nature.

There are of course other supplements that can do great things for your

results when combined with the Fit Buzz style meals. It’s just that these are

the ones that you should be eyeing up when considering taking
