Well, because Greek mythology rocks!

This week also happens to be the launch of the new God of War game (For all of you gamers out there). Just search for it in Youtube and you’ll see why it was ENTIRELY necessary to theme these workouts based on that (Yes, yes… we’re fans of the game too).


So all the more reason to celebrate Greek mythology.

What IS the Aphrodite workout?

In short…

Structured high frequency gym workouts that will kick your ass for 28 days, 4 times a week.
