    So, Im a model and I dont have to much fat on my belly but since I have a swiming suit runway on the 23rd of this month I want a really flat stomach, what would you recommend?

      Simply cut back on the starchy carbs slightly (Potatoes, white rice etc.) and focus on big compound movements. However, this may not be the case if you are a model, depending on what kind of model you are of course. To be on the safe side, simply work your abs for 15 minutes at the end of your workouts with incline bench crunches, hanging knee raises and bicycles. For more in depth info,visit stayfitbuzz.com

    I had a tummy tuck a couple years back and now I have some stubborn belly. I have the pelvic pouch as well and have no idea how to get rid of it as soon as possible. What workouts should I follow to remove these two areas first. After would be arms and inner thighs.

    I’m Elena (from Bulgaria) and I have 18 years.. I want to lose a belly and .. I mean.. Is not big or something.. It’s a little bit fat. I’ve broken my leg 4-5 months ago and I couldn’t do to much exercises to keep my body and now I can do some exercises but I still can’t force my leg.. So I can do exercises on the ground or sitting..Also I want to work my but, so what exercises I should do? I now what kind of food and how much and what I must eat.

      It’s all about a combination of the right foods, strength training and cardio. Since you’re not new to this, it sounds like a specialization program may work best for you.
