The Venus Workouts

This is a regime that focuses on split workouts. Which basically means tat we’re working towards more precise results.

I explain all throughout the workouts.

Your nutrition plan

Just make sure you stick to the S-curve meal structure. We won’t calorie taper this month. But we will carb taper your dinners (No rice, potatoes, pasta).

I’ll be on your case via Skype as usual.
