The goal here is simple…

Make your boobs shrink less and make them perky. And prevent shrinkage by 1 cup size.

Let’s begin

On these weeks… You will do…

> No flyes

> No laterals

> No woodchoppers

> No wide grip pull ups

> No HIIT cardio

> No upper/middle ab exercises

This is what you will focus on, on your upper body days

#1 Incline bench press, light weight 2 x 12 reps, 1-2 minute rest between sets, 3 x a week

#2 Decline bench press, light weight, 2 x 10 reps, 1-2 minute rest between sets, 3 x a week

#3 Face pulls, light weight, 2 x 10 reps, 1-2 minute rest between sets, 3 x a week

You won’t do this all of the time. But we will have to watch things a little more closely, in regards to your physical changes. And it is best to start practicing the above fro day one.
