Hi Saba

Welcome to your first month on the S-curve challenge. The video explains all, but this is what your first month looks like…

1) Venus program

Start with light weights. The reason why we start with this program is because it effective targets your butt and abs.

2) Normal tailored plan (Carb tapered dinners)

Don’t worry about the numbers too much, at least for this month. Just focus on eating the foods listed for the time of day.

3) Your daily exercises

These are exercises that you do whether you workout or not. Just one exercise a day.

Abs

– Bicycles, laying leg raises

Butt

– Clam, high tension lunge
