These workouts are designed to effectively target your abs/stomach area and butt.

Just follow the workout rules on the page.

Your tailored daily exercises

Just watch the video above so that you know how to do them properly.

– All angle leg raises
– Bicycles and variations of…
– Running on spot
– Mountain climbers
– Burpee > Jump > Pull up

Remember… You only need to do just one exercise a day from this list. Even on the days when you do a complete workout.

Just do it when you wake up in the morning.

Your nutrition plan

You’ll be following your base nutrition plan for this month.

That means, to simply eat the food/types that you see for the time of day.

We WON’T be focusing on precise calories/grams for this month.

Carb tapered dinners

This means you won’t eat any ‘starchy’ carbs in your dinner meals for the entire month.

> Potatoes
> Yams
> Pasta

Next months plan will be based on what stage we’re at by week 4.
