– Hanging bicycles
– Hanging half leg raises with ankle weights

 

Cardio

HIIT twice a week.

 

Nutrition

– Increase your total calories intake

– Just eat a little extra with every meal

– Follow the S-curve meal structure

– Half carb taper your evening meals
