The Epic Butt/Tiny Waist Bodyweight Circuit

These a circuit routines, so the goal is to get through as many rounds as you can.

Your tailored daily exercises

These are all ‘fat loss’ exercises.

Ski swings
Knee > elbow running on spot
Push up mountain climbers
Hardest bicycles

 

Your nutrition plan

You’ll be calorie and carb tapering this month.

#1 Eat a big breakfast, followed by smaller meals throughout the day.

#2 No rice, potatoes or pasta in your dinner meals
