Workouts

You’re doing gym workouts with myself. So your workout plan is a little more tailored.

Month #1 Rules

– 3 gym weight training workouts a week.

– You can do cardio 1-2 times a week, but it must be HIIT. You’ll get a simple HIIT plan once your membership page is up. This is the page you’ll visit, whenever you need to find anything in regards to your plan (Link coming soon).

– Sessions last approx 45 minutes.

– Take your day one selfie (Naked). Do this once a month.

– The focus is on split routines.

– The workouts are tailored to hit your problem areas to get results in record time… (Abs, Back of legs/Hamstrings, upper arms and butt)
