This member page is now your home. I’m going to make sure that everything you find here will help you at any given time, regardless of what you’re going through.

The plan for June

S-curve Bodyweight Circuit v3.0 is coming. The workouts will start appearing from June 1st. So be ready. It’s the official S-curve summer workout… The sequel to the one from your previous months.

Two other workout regimes

Epic butt/Tiny waist spilt routines

This is a routine you can go through when you want to focus on an epic butt/tiny waist. Or just when you need to switch your routine after 4-6 weeks.

That’s how we outpace the rate at which your body adapts to change.

The original S-curve routine

This routine is a little older than the ones you’ve seen this year. But the workout regime is still very good.

I’ll be updating it very soon, as you’ll definitely need text descriptions for this one, as the videos are a little longer.
