Fit Buzz Crazy Abs BONUS Video #5 - ''Cardio for Fat Loss''

 

 

So, that pretty much wraps everything up for the 5 part video abs series. Of course, I’ll be posting new videos for you in 2011 and beyond. But if ab building was what you were after when you signed up, the 5 videos listed here will teach you how to do that in the most effective way.

Now, I spoke about quite a few things in the video. And the first thing I spoke about was the importance of following a ‘good’ program in regards to cardio for fat loss (With or without resistance training). And it would only make sense for me to share what other Fitbuzzers have been sharing with us since June 2011.

The Strategic cardio plan

Stayfitbuzz.com focuses on all the 3 keys to build the strong, lean and sexy physique (Diet/Weight Training/Cardio). However, this will give you a good kick start…

Remember to watch the video to see how many times per week you can do this based on your current level of fitness.

The following works well if you want to get lean… like… RIGHT NOW!

 

  • Jump on a treadmill/Track (or cardio machine of your choice).
  • Walk for 60 seconds. Level 3.5 on a treadmill as an example.
  • Jog for 30 seconds. Level 7.0 as an example.
  • Walk for 60 seconds. Level 3.5 as an example.
  • Jog for 30 seconds. Level 7.5 as an example.
  • Walk for 60 seconds. Level 3.5 as an example.
  • Jog for 30 seconds. Level 8.0 as an example.
  • Do these increasing intervals for 15-20 minutes.
  • Add in 15-20 minutes of slow cardio (walking speed on a treadmill or elliptical).

    Ok hang on, by the time Ive changed the speed and incline on the treadmill those 30seconds are up! I’ll get more of a work out on my thumbs than anywhere else!
